I'm a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in medication management and comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, grief, and a range of other psychiatric concerns. My approach centers on listening carefully to your experience and collaborating with you to find the right treatment plan—whether that's medication or medication and therapy. I'm particularly skilled at managing anxiety and panic without benzodiazepines, supporting people through peripartum depression, and helping you develop practical coping strategies for life's stressors. I offer telehealth appointments and accept most major insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
